  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as food storage containers once used, or appliances with visible signs of use) cannot be returned unless defective.

3. Return Process

  • Please provide your order number, product details, and pictures of the issue (if applicable).

  • Our team will review your request and arrange pickup if approved.

4. Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed via bank transfer (since we only offer Cash on Delivery payments).

  • Refunds typically take 7–10 business days after product inspection.

5. Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.

  • Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
