Items must be unused, in original packaging, and reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
Products not meeting these conditions will not be eligible for return.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as food storage containers once used, or appliances with visible signs of use) cannot be returned unless defective.
3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Refunds typically take 7–10 business days after product inspection.
5. Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost, subject to availability.
